Art Studio for Kids and Adults

Studio Spade provides classes for kids and adults in multiple fine art mediums. We specialize in children second grade through high-school with an emphasis to allow individual expression and growth in a creative and supportive atmosphere.

Our classes include homeschool, afterschool, private lessons, no school day programs, summer camp programs and specialty group programs (Girl Scouts).

In addition, we offer classes and various workshops for adults, including Beginning Drawing and monitored Figure Drawing sessions.

Our beautiful open space studio is located in Rossetti Fine Art Gallery which is centrally located in East Broward servicing Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Coral Springs and beyond.

April Art Classes

Realistic Art Classes for Young Students

Students will work from various Still Life’s and photo images to develop their painting and drawing skills in a fun and inspiring environment. Individual expression and growth emphasized. Elements and Principals of Art will be introduced. This class is appropriate for 9 years and up. Materials included.

Wednesdays: 3:45-5:00pm $40.00 4/6, 4/13, 4/20 & 4/27 (Waiting List Only)
Thursdays: 3:15-4:30pm $40.00 4/7, 4/14, 4/21 & 4/28

No School Day – Public School

Studio Spade will be bringing back its popular Pysanky Egg (Ukrainian Easter Egg) Project for the No School Day this month. We will learn about the history and common designs used in Pysanky eggs. Students will create and paint on canvas their version of the Pysanky Egg. In addition, students will have full use of the studio to create other unique and fun springtime projects.

Monday, April 4^th: 9am-12noon $20.00

($5.00 discount for siblings or multiple days)

Tuesdays: 10-12noon $20 drop-in/$65 for 4-classes Beginning Drawing
Tuesdays: 7-10pm $30 drop-in/$100 for 4-classes Figure Drawing*
Thursdays: 9:30-12:30pm $30 drop-in/$100 for 4-classes Figure Drawing*

*Easels, clips and boards provided. Bring medium of your choice.
